🔹 Upon check-in, the host will hand over the villa key, keep the ID card or passport as a guarantee, and return on departure while giving over the key.

🔹 A guest who purposefully or accidentally causes a defect or damage to the property will have to indemnify the full amount of the caused damage to the host.

🔹 Our villa is non-smoking. If caught smoking inside the villa or showing any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes) or of cigarette butts being brought into the room, Mur 5,000 will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning bedding, curtains, wall paints, etc., and any other repairs.

🔹 It is strictly forbidden to bring in persons who are not guests of Nautilus Villa and who have not been listed on the reservation.

🔹 To avoid fire in our villa, the use of birthday cakes and scented candles is not allowed inside the villa. You can use these near the pool.

🔹 Using the swimming pool for people who are not guests is prohibited. Only 2 Adults are allowed. If there are more than two people, the management reserves the right to terminate your reservation and check out of the villa immediately. Visitors are not allowed on the premises.

🔹 Damages and theft: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the villa or items within the villa.

🔹 Theft or intentional damage to the villa may result in legal consequences. Guests are not allowed to take any villa items before leaving.

🔹 Guests should wait for the villa host on departure to proceed with an inventory check.

🔹 All guests are expected to act in a respectable manner towards their fellow guests and to ensure that no disturbances are caused in the villa environment.

🔹 In case of any unacceptable behavior, unreasonably high noise levels, or general misconduct.

🔹 Swarga Villa reserves the right to ask clients to vacate the premises or to take action against them under Mauritian law.
